Tips and Hints for Beginners visiting SHRM 2018 in Chicago
These past few weeks my colleagues and I have been putting together different stories to get ready for the upcoming Society for Human Resource Management conference in Chicago. How to Use the"Big Arrow" Strategy
A new publication has a controversial claim: if your company isn't succeeding, the dilemma isn't strategy, it is people. More specifically, it's getting everyone on precisely the same page, after the exact same approach toward precisely the exact same goal.
In an article in the Harvard Business Review, writer Peter Bregman discusses how to align everyone in the organization to what they call the"Big Arrow," so every member of this team is laser focused on doing their function.

Why Your Business Should Host Quarterly Meetups
Is your business exceptionally proficient in a specific area? If so, you may want to consider scheduling and hosting regular meetups in order to bring a group of like-minded people together.

Bad email communication
So, I got bad information from an organization and it was sent over email. I will read to you the actual email I received, however I will leave out any identifying info. The subject of the email read reward points denied. Dear Myra, I regret to inform you your request for reward points was denied. While you initially booked the hotel on our website, the resort cancelled your booking. You say that the resort rebooked you through their system.

Email emails and more emails! This is my life!!!
Though you may have remained at the resort, because your journey Plans were altered, you did not earn reward points. This email has lots of problems. The bad news is mentioned right away, in the subject line and again in The very first sentence. While I read it, my first reaction was shock and then anger. When you send bad news to your customer over email, do not do it this way. You Want to begin your email out . The bad news isn't exactly what you contribute with, And when you do deliver the bad news, you have to present it from the customer's standpoint, Acknowledging their concerns.

Every individual needs appreciation and feedback from time to time.  Advanced skills will require more time than simple soft skills.  Find ways to enhance Client Support everyday.  Your focus is very important to deliver exceptional Customer Service to customers.  Getting more out of your employees will only make your company grow.

tough people can make it even harder to want to come to work.  Your team might be limited by some resources whether it be money or time.  Customers deserve the best service possible.  Make a change in someones life today by showing them you love what they do.  Many people forget the performance review interview and its importance within businesses.
